Hi...thanks for suddenly worrying about Democratic votes. But, as you all like to point out this is a Constitutional Republic. So, what you and I vote for in a primary or caucus is actually delegates. Those delegates are pledged to a candidate. If that candidate drops out or something happens they can change their vote to another candidate. That's literally the rules for both parties. Anyone can run right now. They just need 300 signatures with no more than 50 from any one state. They will get on the ballot and the delegates will vote for them on our behalf. At this point VP Harris is winning and the fact that she has raised the most money of any political campaign in history, gotten the most volunteers of any campaign faster, and has all but won over all the delegates she needs tells me that the system is working. So, there you have it. Not only is it legal it’s actually the system.

Finally...party candidate selection is up to them. We don't even have to have primaries. Did it bother you last cycle when most states didn't hold a Republican Primary at all and just gave it to Trump? Seems un-Democratic to me....yet none of you said a word. Funny thing that. something i noticed is that this account and another big account PopCrave have almost exclusively posted music and celebrity news and now seem to be campaigning for her. they usually just post about beyonce/swift/rodrigo etc. i assume this is a big campaign strategy along w tik tok. they have 3.1m followers. i don't follow them but they pop up constantly on my feed.
