well I mean expanding the Court immediately means there's no time lag before sanity is restored, so I get that. tis a pipe dream anyhow.

I mean, I'm sure some people wanted to force through an expansion of the court, or to actually impeach the current corrupt justices. But yeah, it depends on whether you aim for preventing future abuses, vs punishing the current crew.
