Yeah. There are two things they seems unable to overcome. First, they can’t seem to counter the emotional resentment that brings the Left Behind folks into the Rs camp. We see that nonsense in this thread once in a while. There’s also the paranoid/conspiratorial narratives that are difficult to undo, probably because the trumpanzee base is predisposed to swallowing silly flat-earth gibberish to justify their worldview whereas the D base is generally more sceptical (especially minority voters, who I suspect take everything with a grain of salt - and who can blame them.)
So, yeah, thank 🦭 she (and la nonna) rulz.

Dem strategists still have a strong compulsion to cleave the masturbatory Obama-era “when they go low, we go high” ethos.

But at a certain point you have to stop being a pussy-ass punching bag for the other side and actually fight back. Which, thankfully, both Harris & Walz realize.
