No offense but Would you choose to run a department that you know that the intent is to AXE? I mean Seriously..

It's like the US people choosing to hire people that Say Government doesn't work To Run the Government..

the US people routinely vote these people in and Low and Behold they make government NOT work.

It's be like hiring people that says business doesn't work to be the board of a Successful company..
