TL;DR: Some whale with an obscene amount of money has come along and bet $36 million (and counting) on Trump across four different accounts (Fredi9999, Theo4, PrincessCaro, and Michie). No one knows exactly who they are or what they're doing, but it has singlehandedly distorted all of the betting markets recently by around 8% in Trump's favor. Of course this creates a value opportunity for anyone who doesn't believe the movement is warranted (e.g. Harris at 38% to win when most models place it around a coinflip). That is how most of the sharp bettors on the site view it, and they have deep pockets, but not deep enough to move the price back to reality for now.
