I mean aside from rounding up non-white immigrants, threatening to be a dictator on day one, threating to jail anyone who opposes him or that he deems an enemy, threating to shut down opposition media, taking away person freedom, and demanding loyalty to him and not the constitution, there is almost no evidence to support the notion that he is a fascist.

I believe even the recipients can be charged in vote bribing, so odds are Jason will face jail time while I'm sure Elon will find some way to plead out to a fine.
