OT: American Politics

It's probably the most important election of my lifetime. Even though it isn't even a Canadian election.
Not probably. It is. There may be a more important one in the future. But not in the past. Unless you’re much much older than I thought

I'm surprised at how optimistic you are! I don't know, I don't see the data to support feeling too strongly one way or another. The vibes are going to appear great whether you support Trump or Kamala based on the people you follow and information you seek, so I don't put as much stock in that.

I'm on team Kamavalanche. Polls are a coin flip but I have faith in the Dem ground game and their side's enthusiasm, especially with women.

Many of the angry bacon eaters won't even bother to vote for Dotard.

I take more credence in the man that called the Biden situation better than anyone else. So stuff like this comforts me a bit.

Oh, but I keep getting told that Donald has really energized young male voters this cycle (which is part of why his support seems so outsized on social media). I just got this photo sent to me from the future though showing 2 18-28 male LV's on election day....

To paraphrase Afroman: I meant to get up and go vote for Trump....but then I got high

I'm entirely open to any result. From blowout trump win to blowout Kamala win. All scenarios seem legit possible to me.

I'm not a fan of over analyzing early voter data. It's very difficult to form any conclusions from it.
