I love how "the right" decided to completely ignore what happened with covid, inflation started with supply chain issues and was a huge problem all around the world but is already back to normal in most countries, led by the US.

No, the point that was missed is that the reason the price of eggs doubled wasn't simply "inflation". It was mostly CORPORATE GREED. And the lady in the story who runs that diner is going to find out pretty soon that the price of eggs ain't coming down, nor is anything else.
