I'm curious what kind of "alternative medicine" grift this will turn into. They clearly give no shits about people's health, but will be happy to offer them vet-grade treatments, some weird 1940s concoction that they'll deem to have been abandoned too early, or some space-age silver infused gadget that will protect them. You just fucking watch.

Supplement companies. That's how Alex Jones has been making most of his money for the last decade or so. All of the videos are just to sell supplments. Nothing else makes him that much money, relatively speaking. People who have seen the court documents from this recent case have said that supplements make up 80% of his revenue.

Supplements are the apex of anti vaxx grifts. Doing a bag of research and getting a real alternative treatment for any condition brought to market takes years and millions. Skip the whole science bit, claim that ashwaganda with vitamin D3 cures herpes and sell the cheapest chinese pressed pills you can find for 200% of the market value with some trademarked name like 'Alpha Brain' and pump that shit to your listeners. Boom, 8 figures a year in bullshit supplement sales.

Found another source that says his store did 165 million over the 3 years of 2015-16-17, and another sources that says he did 10 million total in 2012-13 before he started to sell supplements. So he basically 10x'd his sales on pumping supplments.
 
One thing about this election that seems to be getting overlooked, but is probably the most important issue for democracy going forward is that Elon pretty flagrantly bought the White House.

The richest guy in the world, who is not eligible to be president, is now shadow president.

And it’s not that this hasn’t happened before (Koch bros etc) but it’s the first time it was done in broad daylight. He is even directly meeting with foreign leaders.

There is very little more important to democracy than getting money out of politics.

Sadly, it isn't happening anytime soon. Elections are big business.

Unless you book a Trump rally and expect to get paid.
