Letting government determine what is "hate speech" and allowed or not is a dangerous path is my opinion.

Yeah, I feel for kids having to put up with that crap. But as long as it doesn't endanger them then it should be allowed. If it endangers them, release the dogs for all I care.

If it’s criminal then why is it just a house ethics investigation. I think it’s pretty likely that he violated house ethics if not criminal but didn’t the FBI investigate and not bring charges? And he resigned from the house which puts the committee in a pickle.

I think it’s clear he’s at least a creep and for sure an ass. Hope he doesn’t get approved glad he’s out of the house.

It's not criminal. (At this point) the house standard is closer to civil.
But regardless if you start your defense as it was a 17 yr old woman you probably shouldn't be involved with them.
