OT: American Politics

Personally, I’d go with Occam’s razor, and I’d guess the killer is just some regular person who had coverage denied by this company, and a loved one died as a result and/or they were financially ruined.

I’d be surprised if this was purely motivated by political ideology.

Yeah, looks like it based on latest news.

Bullets don't care why they are discharged from firearms. They just need to be.

Serious question though....when do we start considering what is being done to the working class by the ownership class to be a form of violence? Why is their violence okay and codified, but our violence is abhorrent?

When you sit in a board room and make plans to spend millions on lobbying the government to keep things the way they are, and the way things are allows you to deny insurance coverage to people paying you for insurance coverage...how is that not consciously choosing to create pain, harm, and intimidation for the sake of profit?

I don't want to see CEO's shot, but I also don't want to live in a world where we move towards some sort of a weird techno serfdom either.

well yah the void is the failure of government to enact legislation that benefits a majority of its citizens, instead of the rich minority. which unfortunately is only gonna get worse in the near term, not better
