OT: American Politics

It's not "pro murder". It's pro "fix the fucking problem before the people become so angry that they feel out of options better than violence". You can't stand on someone's neck forever and get offended at their lack of decorum when they finally stab your foot.
nah those are different. I'm pro fix the fucking problem before people get violent, but I'm not cheering on vigilante murder at the same time.

you can acknowledge that the reaction is not unexpected while still also condemning it

I mean, if the system isn't going to make that highly, highly illegal (as in, executives being personally liable for their decisions level of illegal) and shit like that is going to persist in American society, some people are going to eventually get shot.

I don't want it this way, but I'm not condemning it either. It's a natural progression of the class violence being committed against the working class. People have been trying to reform systems the right way for generations and we lose ground. No different that some mullah in Iran needing to be taught a lesson by violence once in a while, board room psychopaths need examples too.

I'm not at the point where I accept that violence is the solution. Agreed otherwise though.

Oh, indeed.

But, be careful. Even by simply acknowledging the reaction (that is not unexpected), you might be criticized or misinterpreted by folks who view the issue from a specific point of view…
