I was thinking about that. The secret police (repurposed FBI) will target individuals or specific organizations to ultimately imprison/disappear them - like Navalny in Russia. The Rosgvardiya… err… no wait… the “Republican Guard” is there to terrorize/intimidate the general public, break up demonstrations (or Democratic Party meetings/rallies) and patrol the streets of San Francisco when the time comes.
