The ruling is immunity for presidential actions. If Trump threatens Biden’s immunity, he is also threatening his own.
Trump should immediately be impeached. He swore to protect and defend the constitution and immediately signed an executive order to repeal the 14th Amendment

If SCOTUS allows the overturning of the 14 amendment, another President can overturn any Amendment.
