Honestly, might be the best thing for the world for trump to be distracted for 4 years by doing this. Even with all the deaths - it might be less deaths than other shit he would do instead.

It poses a pretty interesting question....if you start removing "big government" like the EPA, FEMA, etc that California is a big fan of, what does being part of the USA actually do for them?

Thing is, Donnie isn't saying that there would be no federal response. He's saying there would be no government department in charge of responding. What he wants is the States to be forced into coming hat in hand to him and asking/begging for assistance.
