There would be a certain level of irony involved with all of the stagflation doomers from past eras getting stagflation under the guy they pretty universally love.

It's almost like investment guys don't understand economics or something. You don't need to be a meteorologist to know which way the wind is blowing and sail with it.

What gets me is that we just had the necessary precondition for stagflation, a yuge supply shock caused by a once in a century pandemic, and it was avoided thanks to the right policy intervention by central banks and treasuries. But oh no, everyone moaned about masks, and mandates and the price of fucken eggs… in the meantime Biden and Powell basically steered the economy back to full employment in 2 years.

Enter Bozo the obese orangutan and he contrives to get us closer to stagflation (and he may well get us there) purely by his own policy decisions. There is no friggin precondition to cause stagflation, he’s created artificially it through his deranged worldview and pulling ridiculous Old Man Yells at Cloud policies out of his keister.
 
Yes it's obviously wrong by so much it's hilarious.

He actually thinks the US was richer before they were the world's sole superpower its beyond moronic.
