But he'd been saying that they'd be announced soon for several months. Eventually he was going to be "right." Just like his new bigly healthcare plan is always a couple weeks away.

I don't see the benefit to these pharmaceutical giants slow rolling anything. It only makes sense to me that every one of them would want to be the first to announce that they have a vaccine. It was huge for Pfizer to be the first to announce.
 
As far as I can tell, Greenwald is a grifter like the rest of them. Maybe he used to be something more, but now he appears to have staked his career on this very Trumpist “mainstream media is the enemy of the people” take. Noam Chomsky would not approve. His views on propaganda and mass media were much more sophisticated. But nuance has no place in the Bernie Boi/Trumpist zeitgeist.

Btw, anyone remember a few weeks ago when Chomsky said that Trump was the worst criminal in human history?

I’m not sure that “inner turmoil” is an accurate description of what’s wrong with Adams, or that a comparison to Williams is a good one.

He’s not a tortured artist like Williams was. He’s just a dick with the right combination of stupidity, gullibility and a toxic world view to allow him to become a full-blown member of Trump’s cult.
