His soldiers openly and obviously shot down an airliner with a Russian missile system. And yet their strategy of refusing to accept responsibility, brazenly lying about it and deflecting blame worked, since they faced no real consequences for it.

Am I naive to think that this sort of news could turn a vote for R vs W at Supreme Court? They now see that this rulling against re-affirmed precedence could have monumental impact with Republicans deadset on taking the country back 100 years.

They obviously don't see how their rulling is literally death sentence for many women. Maybe they see this?
