Why does America continue to ignore the the first part of the sentence?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State.

Clearly, the founding fathers advocated something to be "well regulated".

It also doesn't specifically say GUNS. "BEAR ARMS" Can be inturpreted as shovels, pitchforks, rocks or anything. This is just SCUM lawyers interpreting it however pays the most.
