Then I run out the door without paying. Nobody has even tried to chase me down.

I was actually thinking last night, if a cop pulled me over (there was once nearby), if I said, "officer, I'm just trying to get home and take care of this nasty coronavirus", would he waste another second keeping me there and talking to me or touching my id and insurance cards?

For hand sanitizer? Aloe gel if you can find. If you can't, glycerin and distilled water.
