Nice. I like my sunflower.

These fumes contain toxic substances called aldehydes that may increase one's risk of cancer. Deep frying produces the most aldehydes, but sunflower oil generates more aldehydes than other oils regardless of the cooking method. Experts recommend low-heat cooking methods when using sunflower oil.

@axlsalinger I'm just trolling you. I honestly consume so little pop (diet or regular) that I really don't care how bad it is for you. It's no longer on my regular menu, so an occasional pop a couple times a month really has little impact in my life. If that video eases your mind on the impact of diet soda, go you.

Before I get yelled at I want to make it clear that I'm trolling.

Thank you.

Back to discussions about oil.

She is very pro-vaccine. The idea that sauna use can help strengthen an immune system is similar to arguments made about Vitamin D. Yes they probably help, but no they don't stop covid.

And the first or second sentence she said in that clip is that when it comes to saunas curing covid, there is "no data"

Hardly ever have diet pop and I’m sure it’s not great for you but I just don’t even bother with health info in YouTube videos 90% of the time. Maybe it’s all those years of getting abusive PMs from teeds with YouTube videos calling me a murderous nurse.
Sigh.

It's a 7-minute video that will save you much time, but if you prefer go ahead and read the studies and scientific papers instead.

That's the whole point! You can now feel free to have 200-300 diet sodas a day and you will probably be totally fine!
