This argument makes me sad. I like Rhonda Patrick quite a bit, and I do think there are likely benefits to sauna use, but Layne Norton is up near the top of the list for people I trust to analyze data and provide information (right up there with Eric Topol and Kyle Dubas).Idk anything about her outside of her bizarro obsession with saunas. Reminds me of the weed dudes who think weed cures everything.
