OT: Movies/TV Shows

How does this work? Asking for a friend
Well buying the box itself is easy enough. They're sold everywhere and you can get one of those Amazon fire things. Basically it's an android box. As for the TV service subscriptions, you have options, both above-board and "gray area". My brother in Toronto hooked me up with his source and just mailed me the box fully loaded. Our service provider and his server actually reside in Jordan, far outside the legal jurisdiction of the CRTC and FCC. Consequently, I receive pretty much any and every live television channel on the face of the Earth free from blackout rules. The app is subdivided into menus for each country and then (in the case of the US channels) sub-menus. I have a separate menu for the NHL, NFL, MLB, etc. I have a separate menu just with the pay channels like HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, etc. One for news, another for all the regional cable sports networks. For Canada everything is in one menu which has about 15 or so pages of channels you can scroll through. The Canadian sports channels (TSN 1-5, All the Sportsnets, RDS, TVA Sports) are all there. One menu for English and one French.

Additionally the app has other functions where there are libraries of on-demand movies and TV series. So when I was away on vacation last month and missed the live airings of the final two Better Call Saul episodes, I merely had to pull them up "on demand" when I got home.

Step One is to buy yourself a box. Then when you're shopping for a subscription service, Google is your friend. Reddit too, if you're looking for a guy who knows a guy. I'm lucky because I just pay my brother and he deals with the guy in Jordan directly.

Trainwreck: Woodstock 99 is so fucked. I remember watching that on TV when I was 12. Tits everywhere. Korn, Limp Bizket. Wild wild festival.

I’ve been to a bunch of music festivals but have never endured that total lack of organization.

No Rings of Power watchers? Review-bombers?

it's good.

I woulda started with a bit more action off the start before slowing it down to world-build but the tension is rising bit by bit regardless.
