There are lots of great 38 year olds looking for guys but there are also lots of 38 year olds who found guys and are mired in the IVF process and having a terrible time trying to conceive. I have a few friends in this boat. Kind of a nightmare.

There's a steady flow of options in the age range I mentioned, and I'm just waiting for the right one. Funny enough, I may have stumbled into two in London within just a couple of weeks, so we'll see where those go (though I'm not optimistic about long distance stuff). One is 32, the other 33.

I tried that with my ex when she was around 36-37. It is a nightmare. So expensive and it just makes you feel terrible when/if it doesn't work.

Can confirm. Not fun. But kid 2 on the way at 42 (still early on). This time without IVF.
