I mean, in general it’s Gene all day long, he’s got much greater range, especially when it comes to comedy. But Donald is a force in certain types of roles. The role of troubled father trying to keep his family together, he was perfect.
 
hmm. Klute, Don't Look Now, Body Snatchers, Kelly's Heroes. Many more tho.

I absolutely love his tiny role in Backdraft.

And obviously the greatest of all is Lock Up.
