The Holdovers was great.
e5 was weak for sure, e6 rebounded nicely IMOI didn't see the latest Fargo episode, but last week's E5 started to lose the momentum for me.
Getting a little eccentric, not believable, and dragging suddenly. The quick pace and suspense of the early episodes is gone. Now it's sort of unclear where all of this is even going. Like there's no real end point to it, just whether Hamm gets her back or not? And for what purpose, to add her to his wife collection or just off her, going up against the female Ethan Hunt of Minnesota? The shine is coming off.
2024 is the year of the most anticipated movie ever:

Harry Shearer claims he saw the film back in 1980 and says it's amazing to watch. I can't wait. Apparently Jerry makes jokes and smiles as children are led into an oven. One of those has to be seen to be believed. I think Jerry thought he'd get an Oscar.Do they expect there to be no Jews around in ten years time?
Also, I think Roberto Benigni did this better than Lewis could ever do in Life is Beautiful.
Because once Jerry sobered up he realized that releasing it would end his career. Then why’d he refuse to release it?

That's not fair though... The French loved everything Jerry Lewis ever did.The French Film Critic Who Saw Jerry Lewisâs Infamous Holocaust Movieâand Loved It
Only a handful of people have laid eyes upon The Day the Clown Cried, which has been the butt of jokes for decades.www.vanityfair.com
He plays a clown, so he's not really making fun of it. But apparently it's intent and scenes are shockingly misplaced.I'm not clear on what's going on with it.
Lewis was Jewish, yet he made a movie about the Holocaust where he was making light of Nazis killing Jews?
