OT: Movies/TV Shows

Brady was cringe. Affleck was super, I can't watch, cringe.

Nikki Glazer stole the show as she usually does at these roasts.
Sounds about right. Glaser was a clear cut above anyone. Sam Jay and Hinchcliffe were a toss up for 2/3 and then I don't think anyone else was particularly good. Jeff Ross was okay, I guess.

Glaser's "even Gronk was like 'me know that not real money'" line re: Brady losing a bunch of money on crypto was absolute perfection.

Andrew Schultz was 4th for me after Jay and Hinchcliffe.

Ross doesnt do it for me, and i dont like Bert whatever his name is.

The athletes tried, but were mostly cringe

This Jerry Seinfeld cereal movie is fucking weird so far.

Bledsoe was pretty good for an athlete... but the weird lip licking thing was just too distracting. I wonder if he was just so nervous that he got dry mouth.

anyone else watch Sugar yet? Pretty entertaining so far and thought the twist was good.
Yeah, it is ok... it is good. I like the detective-noir vibes. Love the noir voice over, and it is shot real well.

I knew there would be a twist as ALL the reviews had said there was a twist coming. So I started looking for one, and by the second episode I was like, "Is he? Could he be?" and I was right. It could be very interesting if done right, or very bad if done poorly.

Spoiler:

A little too Resident Alien meet Fringe for me, but I also just saw 3 Body Problem

A Man in Full has started pretty good if you can get past Jeff Daniels accent
Tom Wolfe (The Right Stuff) wrote the novel upon which the series is based and he did so back in 2001. So this isn't about Trump even though it's eerily on point. And I, for one, hope that if and when Trump's time comes that there's a sarcastic fuck of a bank officer like the one in this series taking him down.

the show fizzled out at the end and had the most odd full frontal nudity scene in anything ive ever seen
