This is just amazing news. i'm reading the book right now and it's epic. But I don't see Driver as a young Macaulay. Rumours are Austin Butler (Elvis) as a young Val, which i do see. Heat is one of my fav films ever. The book really has a "Godfather 2) feel with the differnet timelines. I'll guess it comes out late 2025, for the 30th anniversary of the original's release.

Started watching a show called Beef after reading some very positive comments. 10 short episodes so it's not a major commitment. Kind of a dramedy about a couple of people facing a mid-life crisis.

2 episodes in and really enjoying it so far.
