Malarchuk, Zednik are the two I remember the most. I never saw the video of Zednik, though.

Where? My son never wore a neck guard in almost ten years of youth jockey.

Canada wide, I think. Neck guard is required in the CMHA rule book for “minor and women’s hockey”. It is reinforced by provincial associations.
