So Hoodie was a guest on the McAfee livestream. Apparently, on his board he had Nix at 36 and Pennix at 37.
He had JJM @ 17.
He's a Cowboys fan?Eagles are competitors
If Hoodie had any draft chops, he wouldn't be working during live streams
yesHe's a Cowboys fan?
Correct.Eagles are competitors
and the media would have jizzed at his brillianceFor sure. But his ranking wasn’t far off other lists. Anyway, if he was still in the game, he would have traded down and drafted a punter from Rutgers.
nah we do well drafting OL in 1st round, 6'8 behemoths don't grow on trees. We needed OT as well.Correct.
And on the flip side, I don't like our pick.
Guyton has high bust upside IMOnah we do well drafting OL in 1st round, 6'8 behemoths don't grow on trees. We needed OT as well.

That is true, but I don't like drafting projects in the first round of the NFL.nah we do well drafting OL in 1st round, 6'8 behemoths don't grow on trees. We needed OT as well.
Anyway, I can assure you the fan base was tired of Hoodie’s purported 5 dimensional chess awhile ago. The train wreck was not unexpected.
I think of Tyler Smith, was a project and has started every gameThat is true, but I don't like drafting projects in the first round of the NFL.
If he fixes his issues and keeps improving, yeah, he might be awesome. But like Jonas says, there's a good chance he busts.
I am happy we traded down, though.
Sure, but the situation's a little different. He was a tackle in college and he was drafted to be a guard. He ended up playing a year as tackle while he was a rookie because Tyron Smith got injured and didn't do too bad. But his talents were best suited as a guard.I think of Tyler Smith, was a project and has started every game
I was just going to say, this is Cooper DeJean isnt it.Philly made another pick that I really like for them.
They took That White Cornerback.
Lane Johnson loves Guyton and thinks he will be similar. Means Guyton can false start every play and not get calledSure, but the situation's a little different. He was a tackle in college and he was drafted to be a guard. He ended up playing a year as tackle while he was a rookie because Tyron Smith got injured and didn't do too bad. But regardless, I'll be rooting for him.
Nice player.I was just going to say, this is Cooper DeJean isnt it.
