Nah, it's just an old, old internet prank that is supposed to look organic but when you understand the first thing about domain name pricing, you realize that this is a very expensive political prank pulled by someone with a budget.

The price estimator I use puts the value of the domain Liar.com at 878K CAD and even the budget friendly version Liar.ca is listed for sale at 42K

So it's super, super fucking likely that this is part of the ongoing internationally funded bullshittery movement that has sadly taken notice of Canada at the moment and is using a million dollar web domain to prank Trudeau in a way that was clever 20 years ago when the olds didn't know what the internet was.

Sure... but good luck getting people to give up cars. Switching to electric is much more doable.
 
Oh, I know it.

Just hate thinly veiled marketing from large corps that:

1. Makes them look like good guys
2. Makes them appear to be solving the world's problems

..when actually solving the world's problems would involve not supporting the industry at all.
