I would suggest you could start writing for serious eats, but I’m afraid you’re too dogmatic and serious even for them.

They do a good job explaining techniques and why things work but they will straight up say do whatever you want and eat what you like. I agree with that philosophy. Just having fun with the nonsensical little things people have with food sometimes (we all have them). Or so I thought it was fun...
