went there (Roti Mahal) yesterday for their classic Butter Chicken Roti. It was damn near perfect.

If you've tried the hibiscus blood orange sour I'd say it's pretty much on the same level as that.

You can quite literally taste every flavor. And they sing together beautifully for some crazy reason. It took me half the can to figure out what the fuck was going on. By far my favorite of theirs.
