everybody focuses on flights where a piece of the plane comes off in the air. Nobody talking about the tens of flights that are made without incident.

It’s got worse with age. I haven’t flown post Covid and having a little one who will potentially need me well into adulthood really does a number on my what ifs and catastrophizing ability. Different fear reasons now, if you will. Of course, along with all of my original ones 🙈
 
In Port Stanley for the eclipse. Sun is already 1/3 blocked. I think this is a sign from God that Marjorie Taylor Greene is an idiot!
 
I'm going to walk to the top of citadel hill here in halifax to eclipse watch. Turns out I cannot see the afternoon sun out of my office windows.
 
we get up to like 94% here, apparently.

not convinced it'll be worth my while, but convenient enough for me to check out.

Was able to see good coverage through the clouds without hurting my eyes but now there's too much cloud.
