I have a pretty hard time mustering any ethical qualms with grifting memecoin crypto speculators out of their money.

Appears to be some sort of a terrorist action, but it highlights a broader problem the urbanist community has been talking about for years now. It's pretty easy to harden walkable zones like markets if they're properly separated from vehicle traffic. People and cars don't mix well and walkable zones like that should be inaccessible to vehicles. Bollards and concrete barriers can be dressed up quite nicely.
 
I want them to make all of downtown Halifax vehicle-free. Join the 21st century, maybe.

Instead, they abandon a pilot project on a single street after like two days because... omg drivers are upset?!

I don't think she's the actual grifter here. I doubt she even knows what crypto is. It's the people she has surrounded herself with or the people who have attached themselves to her like parasites who got her to sign off on this particular scam.

This was always bound to happen because she's a hick from the sticks who, like Ruth Langmore in Ozark, doesn't know shit about fuck.
