When I saw this headline, I figured he was shooting at other vehicles from inside his own car. But the fucker’s just walking down the middle of the highway straight at cars and shooting at them.

My first reaction would probably be to try and run the guy over. But then my car’s fancypants sensors would force me to stop right in front of him, and he’d ventilate my skull from point-blank range. Technology!

There's another video from that account of him attempting a car jacking on a city street where it says he actually shot at the driver. At one point the car lurches forward at him then abruptly stops before the driver bails. It didn't occur to me until reading your post, but that's probably exactly what happened. Driver tried to run him down and the car's safety features said nuh-uh, no vehicular manslaughter on my watch.
