In fairness, I don't love seeing scottie give up on those either. Dunno whats smarter though, give up the demar fadeaway uncontested and be in position to rebound, or contest an unblockable shot just to contest it

Tonight I see a few uncontested pull ups. Not even fade aways. Percentage to hit an uncontested shot is pretty high. I just don’t see the effort there from Scottie at times recently. Don’t take this as Scottie hate cause I love him as a player. Just a few things that I think he could improve on.

Also, if you're not in position to challenge vertically, the NBA is way more aggressive about defenders landing in a shooters space now. Its a flagrant pretty often.

Seriously though...man I dunno. Hes kind of exactly what a group of young guys needs with them at the end of games.

I lean towards trading him, but I want more than a 24th overall pick or some shit and am in no rush to move on from him.

A lot of players would have helped more than a poeltl would have.

But yes, when Jontay Porter is your only player taller than 6'7 then more size would be good too.
