oh, that sounds sorta... unfun though.
This is akin to asking i girl i liked to prom and getting the " can i think about it?"Tortured, insecure, miserable, gloomy Jonas is the best Jonas of all
I mean yeah, this time he's just self aware. Also the only Jonas
Give them their flowers now, because if they miss, in two weeks after whatever the plan B is that comes to fruition it will look so deflating. No matter what happens, hats off to Shatkins for whipping out their dicks and going all-in on this one.
Is that their fault though? How could a plan B ever compare to this?Give them their flowers now, because if they miss, in two weeks after whatever the plan B is that comes to fruition it will look so deflating.
No no no no.No matter what happens, hats off to Shatkins for whipping out their dicks and going all-in on this one.
Not whatsoever, but do you really think that will stop the masses? Is that their fault though?
They lost plan B to the Yankees. Would have been a proper plan B after going all out to get the superstar of our time.Is that their fault though? How could a plan B ever compare to this?
Defense or Proscecution rests ( i dont even know what i am anymore)No no no no.
Totally disagree with this take. After a decade on the job they have not earned this.
Will earn it only if they get the signature. Pivoting to Chapman as Jonas stated would be a major failure and they should get a new GM.
I will join the pro Shatkins brigade if they are under attack for whatever comes next. That is unfair IMO. Criticize him for the last decade, sure, but not for narrowly missing out on a generational talent and having to fall to a plan B. They are putting in a valiant effort here and that is all his harshest critics have ever wanted for the last 10 years. There is no sweet spot of shared risk in a move like this, folks. Not whatsoever, but do you really think that will stop the masses?
There will be conspiracy theorists who wont call the pursuit genuine, or that they only were willing to spend on Ohtani cause business and get mad they didnt spend 200M on Cody Bellinger ( they shouldn't)
I mean yes, but one could reasonably argue that Plan B of Ricky++ for 1 year of Soto is a flat out bad decision. A decision i would have done mind you, but also, very bad. This is of course also assuming SDP liked that potential package more than the NYY one. The fact they traded Soto before Shohei signed tells me they did not. They lost plan B to the Yankees.
Youll have my axe in this defense.I will join the pro Shatkins brigade if they are under attack for whatever comes next. That is unfair IMO. Assuming i just dont end it all today.Youll have my axe in this defense.
