Well The people that own Sportsnet own the Jays. Dirk Hayhurst was fired years ago for speaking negatively about broken Rick Romero

Buck Martinez is a useless out of date relic who offers absolutely nothing in terms of modern baseball analysis but he’s a homegrown hero amongst the casual fans and his aloof, folksy nonsense only offends a small % of the fanbase. At least they got rid of his chucklefuck buddy sunshine Pat

thank god for the wild pitches else Vladdy and Bo going up there and hacking at every pitch off a pitcher who couldn't hit the broadside of a barn was making me joker.
 
Statcast #'s were great for him last year, really does seem like he underachieved and I'm still confident he'll have a monster year.

Sure would be nice to actually see some sign of it, though.
