I know we have a new offensive coordinator or whatever but how in the blue hell does Guirrermo Martinez still have a job and still in charge of this hitting?? It’s been a gong show for well over a year now and this guy is allowed to wheel in there everyday still giving pointers?
 
Interesting idea, add a few seconds see what happens?

Pitchers already under so much stress, maybe the timing has caused some kind or repetition failure that wasn't happening when pitch timing was so erratic, as well as more time of course.

They shortened the time this for this season from 20 seconds last season to 18 seconds for this season.
