I heard some analysts discussing Berrios (a year or two ago) who were saying that when he doesn't have a feel for his breaking stuff, he really struggles to adjust. This happens to every pitcher though, so it doesn't really explain why he keeps shitting the bed like this. He was on a good run so hopefully will bounce back.

Third wildcard would actually be the best. They’d play the winner of the Central in round 1 and winner of the West in round 2. Right now, in the first WC position, they’d play Tampa and then NYY.

So the Jays actually shouldn’t get too hot in August and Sept. Save it for the playoffs.
