Just stop with that shit though. I know how frustrating it is, but I can tell you that there are definitely a fair # of pro athletes who don't give a shit, don't even like the sport, just in it for the money, etc.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr ... is not one of those people. He cares a lot. It's a bad year, but he was actually good the first couple of months (minus the power). He is really scuffling right now, but is probably hurt. We have heard about leg and back injuries already. We've heard reports about how he's been swinging the bat like crazy on off days and before (and I think even after) games. Maybe this is actually counter-productive, but you know this is driving him nuts. He will figure it out eventually, I guarantee it. Baseball's just really hard, man.

I still maintain despite this awful year Vlad isnt even close to a top 5 concern of mine for this team, and i suspect once they can otically throw in the towel on the season, he will be getting a rest.
