They are using deep fake technology (swapping in Trump's face with an actor they are working with)....they were going to make an entire feature film using deepfakes of celebs superimposed on actors , but COVID threw off their schedule and suddenly they were stuck with a room full of deep fake artists...so they decided to make these segments instead.

And Billy Van was the man. Good ontario boy. Somehow got Vincent Price to do all the intros. Amazing.
