I'm 90% sure that if the Glushkovo breakthrough came from the south, this was part of an attempt to encircle about 3-4K Russian troops that were posted up to the west of the larger Ukie salient trying to take Korenevo.
There is a highway that connets Glushkovo and Korenevo that if the Ukies can put it under fire control from both sides, a bunch of Russians probably either fight until they die of starvation like Vovchansk, or surrender as has been the habit of Russian troops in Kursk so far.
