Sounds like it wasn't a limo from his "motorcade" but it's owned by the Kremlin. Vlad's vehicles all belong to a special department called the "Special Purposes Garage". This is apparently the type of limo that other Kremlin officials would have used.
Right now everything I'm seeing on Telegram is speculation as to what it means. The most likely answer is probably that Putin whacked someone who lived in a bungalow.

Not sure if credible.
A limo exploded, earliest credible reports are that it's from the Kremlin's garage, but not from Vlad's personal supply of motorcade vehicles. Probably pretty likely that a relatively high ranking Kremlin official has been blowed up. No details yet.
But, it's Russia so literally anything is possible here.

Remember, collapse rarely looks imminent. Everything appears pretty normal until it's all of a sudden not normal anymore.

The article goes into more detail, but the TLDR is that all of the relatively to moderately easy stuff to repair from their stockpiles are gone and the refurbs are taking longer and longer to get ready for the field. Current restoration levels appear to be about 50% of what would be necessary to maintain the current rate of losses.
