Circling back to this now. Too much going on these last several days.

As I think you saw in subsequent posts, I didn't say they weren't accurate. I said people who knew him best interpreted it as something different than the conclusions drawn here.

Turning Point USA spokesperson, Andrew Kolvet, speaking in the YouTube video, ‘The Leaked Text Messages,’ said: "Charlie said these things publicly and privately to us, like that he was frustrated. He would say something like that and then he would go in a public situation and he would strike a more moderate tone …. I looked at that moment as like he’s just blown off steam. He’s frustrated. He’s venting."

"Charlie was wonderfully defiant. He was wonderfully independent and he would not, you know, he believed in the freedom of speech and he felt like he deserved as a friend of Israel over many years the right to speak out and have criticism."

And this stuff about being paid to support Israel because he had Jewish donors is a patently silly allegation that assumes Jewish donors came first and then his supportive views followed. It was the other way around. Just like how I didn't know he existed until a few years ago, but liked him after I did. No doubt lots of Jews supported him financially or otherwise. Most Jews I know seem to have been fans on social media.
 
He's not going to effect foreign policy, but this is an obvious Hamas sympathizer who will (hopefully not) be in charge of one of the most important cities in the world during a time of heightened antisemitism that hasn't been seen in almost 100 years.

yeah, instead of worrying about one guy refusing to answer gotcha questions he's answered many times before, where is the outrage about the fact that the Young Republicans appears to be full of people who really really like Adolf Hitler? Especially after you realize this isn't a group of naive teenagers, but includes much older people who have actual positions and responsibilities within the Republican Party?

I’ve been beyond swamped all week and don’t know much about the other situation yet other than the most basic. But there isn’t much to say about it other than it fucking sucks that there are racist fucks everywhere out there. This global intifada loving fuckface slime wants to be the mayor of NYC shortly though and there’s no more imminent threat than that.
