I've ranted on here enough about how I feel about lay and pray, but Rose was at least trying to advance position...she just wasn't strong enough to get there, so I get why the ref allowed it according to how this shit is currently handled.

I hate lay and pray so much. Weili took the fight there though, so I don't blame Rose for using it to win that 5th round. Hopefully if we see enough of this stupidity, they'll start to value it properly on the scorecards. It's valued properly in the unified rules when you actually read them, but that doesn't seem to have trickled down into how the judges score rounds.
 
Usman snatched Colby's soul in the first fight. Whatever energy he had inside him in the first fight that allowed him to fight through a broken jaw sure looks gone so far.

If Kamaru has a weakness it's that despite having a crazy chin, every shot looks like it wobbles or stumbles him. He rolls with almost nothing.
