Yeah, that's about right. Figgy's gameplan with the calf kicks and Moreno not adjusting (circle away and jab) was the difference imo. Damn near every extended exchange, Moreno was winning. Figgy's calf kick was the better range weapon between it and Moreno's jab (that gave Figgy fits in the first two fights).
