It's absolutely amazing for the fans, that's undeniable.

However, they're allowed to be a monopsony because they're not subjugated to the same laws as boxing (ie, the Ali Act) which gives much more power to the fighters instead of the promoters.

Yeah, I've gotten to the point that I can't watch it.

Watching guys give each other CTE for minimum wage while Dana tosses 50K a hand at the black jack table is a bridge too far.
 
I still love the sport, but I just won't give the UFC any of my money directly. I'd be lying if I said I could just cold turkey stop watching.
 
My landlord’s (and owner of the gym I’m training at) daughter was saved by Dana (gave them family $$$ a while back to pay for medical bills). Was invited to go to Vegas with them to meet with Dana in October - declined cause I know I’d get them into trouble by opening my mouth. I’d go off on fighter pay/structure of the contract if I was around Dana for long enough.

Love watching the sport though, same as GGoX - I don’t give Dana any money directly though.
