OT: WWE/MMA/Boxing Thread

Owen Hart episode of Dark Side of the Ring is out.

I remember reading a very detailed article about the rigging crew but cannot find it now.
So if anyone knows of that please share it.

As for the episode itself. A good look at the impacts but until touches on some of the details.

You can tell JR is still upset.

Nunes is the Goat but Spencer hung around with Cyborg for 5 rounds so maybe she can give Amanda a run. Still expect Lioness to win tho

Or he's an almost 32 year old multi multi millionaire who has found out that he's created enough of a personal brand to make more money in business than he can getting choked out by Khabib again.

The thing about being a fighter is that you're always better when you're hungry.

I’ll take it with a grain of salt, because this is far from his first retirement.

His retirement announcement being peppered with complaints about how the UFC sets his matchups also makes this seem more like a list of demands for his return.

Still, if he genuinely does want to retire, I don’t begrudge anyone who’s made bank and decided to retire from a sport that beats the hell out of their bodies.

I think he'll fight Floyd again before he fights in the UFC. He'll make as much or more money in a low risk exhibition boxing match as he would make fighting a savage like Tony Ferguson (which is the likeliest next opponent for him).

Yan v Aldo being added as a third title fight it seems. Excited for it, hope they have it on during a semi decent time for us to watch here

Aldo is a legend and all, but kinda annoyed that with how stacked bantamweight is, they put him in the title fight instead of a myriad of other contenders.
